Sorry guys, it's been a while since I've updated... Well, I'm not sure who reads my posts, but hey, that's OK. I'm learning more new info when I post stuff too.
Anyhow, it's always smart to manage time...Full-time college student working two jobs is lots to handle. Aside from others who work and have kids or something or other.
With such busy schedules it's too easy to not work out and to drive through Taco Bell or Mcdonald's to grab a quick cheap bite to eat...Honestly, do you feel good after?
Plan ahead with your meals and even gym time. Pack your gym bag the night before, or throw stuff together in the morning and bring it with you so you don't have to come home and fight the bed.
Time ticks when you know you need to work out and finish a ton load of things for the next day.
Plan meals days before, freeze them and reheat, or even pick up frozen meals from the health food store...Free up your time by planning head. give it a try!
