It may not be a workout routine or something to eat to stay healthy...but it's to keep some sanity in your life...Stay connected with your family. I know that family can love us so much but still drive us crazy at times, but it always feels better when all is right.
Life gets so time consuming, e-mails, working all day, paying bills and just everyday emotion. Take a few minutes out of the day maybe once a week or whenever you feel to connect with someone you love in your life.
It helps.
