Workout


I know it can be tough to find a workout routine that doesn't get boring and monotonous everyday...The treadmill, I know, can be SO routine. Change it up, and I'm sure your body will thank you, time will fly by also.

I just recently bought the SHAPE magazine with Kim Kardashian on the cover. I decided to try out her workout routine. To be frank, it was a great workout. I flipped on the TV and tried it out in the comfort of my own living room.

The workout targets those areas that can tend to get a little, need I say, flabby??
Anyway, I know I should include some pictures in here, but I'd suggest visiting the web site with Ms.Kardashian's workout.

The workouts work your arms, legs, back, core and butt. A whole bunch of fun toning exercise that sometimes look harmless..Just wait... Have fun!
