Bring a friend along with you and talk away 2 hours in a snap. When you have someone else with you, it can easily take your mind off of the "i'm working out trying to lose weight or stay fit," mindset, which can be a drone and monotonous sometimes.
Keep in mind that you don't have to spit out so much money to go to a gym to work out, especially too if you don't have the time. A minimum of 30 minutes a day is okay. You can also split up the work times, like 10 minutes here and there if it's too hectic to drop everything for 30 minutes.
