Pudding - a healthy snack? YES!

Chia pudding is probably one of my favorite snacks; it's filling and tasty. It's a great snack you could even drink if you want to. It takes such minimal time to prep it would be hard to not make it! Let me know what you think.

What you need: 
Coconut Milk
Chia Seeds

What to do:
Mix 1 cup of coconut milk with 1/4 cup chia seeds. Refrigerate overnight and bam! Ready to go.
